These terms apply to services provided by South Coast Air Con Ltd. We provide domestic air conditioning services only.
Surveys and quotes
Site surveys and quotes for new installations are free and carry no obligation. Quotes are provided in writing and are based on the information available at the survey.
Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by card through payment links from Tide or our accounting software.
Warranty
New equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We'll explain what's covered and any servicing needed to keep it valid.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any cancellation rights that apply.
